Omicron is rampant throughout the country, with widespread outbreaks of positivity in various regions. Positive infections have also emerged around us. Adjusting prevention and control measures does not mean lying flat. COVID-19 prevention cannot be ignored.
In order to effectively prevent COVID-19 and improve their own health level, in combination with the current transmission characteristics of COVID-19 Omikron mutant, we hereby propose to all employees: "take responsibility for their own health and start from the small things around us".
Seven Initiatives for Prevention
1. Wear a mask. When entering the company and entering various public places, masks should be worn in a standardized manner. Masks must be replaced in a timely manner, and the cumulative wearing time of each mask should not exceed 8 hours.
2. Wash hands frequently. After going out and returning, coming into contact with public facilities such as express delivery and door handles, hands should be washed or disinfected in a timely manner. Hand disinfectant should be selected from qualified products within the validity period.
3. Regular ventilation. The office should be regularly ventilated, with windows opened at least 2-3 times a day for 20-30 minutes each time.
4. Gather less. Try not to go to crowded and poorly ventilated places, stay away from people with fever or cough symptoms, and maintain a safe social distance.
5. Maintain environmental hygiene. The office should be cleaned and disinfected daily with alcohol spray.
6. Develop hygiene habits. Pay attention to health etiquette, and take necessary covering measures when coughing or sneezing. Strengthen physical exercise, ensure sufficient sleep, and maintain a healthy mindset.
7. Conduct health monitoring. When symptoms such as fever, dry cough, and sore throat occur, work without illness, do not enter public places unless necessary, and wear masks when going out to reduce the risk of transmission.
